The Symposium 關於座談會
The World Health Organization established the International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF) in 2001 as a standard language and a conceptual basis for the definition and measurement of health and disability. The recent Persons with Disabilities and Rehabilitation Programme Plan published in 2020 by the Hong Kong SAR Government has also recommended the use of ICF in various areas as one of the strategic directions and recommendations. The symposium will share the trend and development of ICF as well as the local and oversea experience of its application.
世界衛生組織（WHO）於2001年將「國際功能、殘疾與健康分類」（International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health，簡稱ICF）成立為定義和量度健康與殘疾的標準語言和架構。政府亦在2020年發佈的《殘疾人及復康計劃方案》中提出在不同範疇的策略方向和建議內應用ICF。這次座談會將分享ICF的發展與趨勢，以及其本地和海外的應用經驗。
